How do I track my order?

Preorders for Shipping or Pick Up (any item that is not listed on hand or ready to ship)
- Pre-Ordering (Ordering Hair Directly From Our Main Factory In NY - Not On Hand At Any Of Our Pick Up Locations)
Pick Up (Orders Placed Before 7:00pm EST Mon-Sat)
Order Monday - Pick Up Thursday/Friday
Order Tuesday - Pick Up Friday/Monday
Order Wednesday - Pick Up Monday/ Tuesday
Order Thursday- Pick Up Tuesday/Wednesday
Order Friday - Pick Up Wednesday/Thursday
Order Saturday/Sunday - Pick Up Thursday/ Friday
ALL PICK UP ORDERS MADE BY PREORDER CAN BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19. OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES PERTAINING TO SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS, WEATHER DELAYS, AND ETC. ALL DELAYS OUT OF OUR DIRECT CONTROL WILL NOT BE DISCUSSED TO RECEIVE FREE ITEMS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS, BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE THAT UNEXPECTED DELAYS ARE A POSSIBILITY.

On Hand - Pick Up Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed. We will contact you via text or email to pick up same day. If ordered after 7pm, we will contact you the following morning to schedule pick up. Pick up times can vary depending on staff availability and prior bookings. If pick ups are not available same day it’ll be listed in the above announcement bar.
*Pick-Up orders are only available same day if you're in or near one of our cites where we are located. Same Day Pick Up New Hope Commons Shopping Center (5454 New Hope Commons Dr, Durham, NC 27705) ! If your picking up in another city pick up will be in 2-3 Business Days. Also depends if a sales representative has open availability.
- On Hand Ready To Ship - (RTS) Once your order is placed and payment confirmed it will ship same day if placed on a carrier business day Monday - Friday by 3p. Or next business day if ordered after 3pm. Shipping usually takes 2-3 Business Days to deliver ! Delivery can vary depending on weather, holidays, & delays with shipping carrier.

Hair on hand during Covid-19
We do have hair on hand which includes bundles, wigs, frontals and closure in deep wave, straight , foreign curly or body wave only, but what you need is not always guaranteed due to keeping our office locations clean and safe a huge inventory is not available in our offices that handles pick ups. Our main inventory is stored at our factory location where hair can be stored and kept in a clean, safe and sanitized location before purchase.

We have designated pick up locations for each city. If you needed special accommodations and a representative has to travel to you more than 10miles from are designated pick up locations, $1.50 a mile will be charged. We cannot send a drop off representative to any city that we do not cover. Please choose our free shipping option if you are not located in our near our cities that we cover.

Free Shipping is Always 5-10 Business Days. If items are not on hand and ready to ship.(Depends on the shipping method chosen at the time of checkout) All Custom Orders are FINAL sale no exceptions.
Returns/ Exchange Policy
We guarantee you the best quality of hair out here but for any reason you felt like you were not pleased with your order.
We only accept returns of bundles still wrapped up in its orginal pacaking. ANY unraveled bundles will not be accepted. You will also only recive partial refund or exchange ONLY. CLOSURES & FRONTAL will NOT be accepted for returns.

1. REFUNDS
Refunds are available to customers who purchased at full retail price only and within 3 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Must have paid full retail price
If the listed conditions are not met, AnnJanett Luxury Inc reserves the right to refuse a refund.
2. RETURNS
